We have been coming for years – in summer on bikes, in winter on skis – and for good reason we always end up at Chasa Montana. Hospitality here is not performed, it is lived. Luggage? Already in the room. Car? Taken care of. Ski gear? Perfectly stored. The rooms are honestly more beautiful than in the photos – thoughtfully designed, high quality, and impeccably maintained down to the last detail. And the food… hard to describe, because it surprises you every time. Feels like Michelin-star cuisine, but without any stiffness. Service? Attentive, warm, and spot on. The Eisner family runs the hotel with a blend of elegance and genuine warmth that cannot be taught. We travel a lot and pay close attention to value for money. Here it is simply right – not just a little, but completely. You arrive. And honestly never want to leave.

Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The quality of the food is outstanding.

The culinary offerings are incomparable; the décor of the hotel is tasteful yet cozy. Beautiful rooms and suites with every imaginable comfort. The large pool and the spa with its wide range of offerings also deserve special mention.

We had stayed at the hotel for many years and this was the first time we returned since its renovation into a 5-star hotel. It was already beautiful before, but now it is simply perfect. The room (we had the Tower Suite – the best room we have stayed in for a long time), hospitality, cleanliness, food quality, service, wellness – everything is simply perfect.
